Website Design
We developed a custom WordPress website for the Smithsonian Institution National Museum of African Art and Wilcox Design.
The exhibition explores racial and cultural stereotypes as examined and challenged by a diverse group of artists working across different media. The exhibition website addresses the general themes of gender, politics, and historical narratives and highlights how contemporary artists engage with these issues.
The website is designed to present the exhibition imagery and material in a compelling way. Website visitors are encouraged to engage with the subject matter by navigating through the site sections and the layered presentation.
The presentation of all exhibition materials on this website is the property of the Smithsonian Institution National Museum of African Art and is protected by U.S. copyright laws.
